I went in to schedule some recalls on my car. I had checked before and it was going to be a two day experience, and I live an hour away. Instead of scheduling, Tabitha, my service advisor, let me know that the procedure had been changed and they could do the recalls that day. A busy Saturday. A little while later with recalls accomplished, and a freshly washed car, I was able to continue my adventures in Abilene.

I bet someone asked if you needed help; because they did that for not only me but the 10 other people that walked in after me... we know its your right to vent and express yourself but when you start antagonistic behavior you gone attract unwanted attention. It impressed so much, we wanted to see more from this company and went on to KIA of Abilene. Kyle (K1) was literally our first contact there and turned out to be a salesman who was NOT pushy, an excellent listener, and knew what he had to meet our needs. He made the entire experience at this dealership friendly, yet professional. The dealership was more than fair with us on a trade-in and made it possible for us to drive home affordably in an incredible new vehicle with a warranty that cannot be beat. The best part of this whole experience is that it isn't over. KIA apparently enables their sales people to remain invested in their customers long after the sale is completed--so with any question or issue we may come up with in the future--or any appointment we may need at the dealership (oil change, for example)--we will contact Kyle. Came in for an oil change. I heard Robert Saltus. say the price for a 6 cylinder. I was thinking it was a 4 cylinder but thought I could be wrong, so did not question it. Later on, during the service he came to me and said he was mistaken and gave me the price of a 4 cylinder. He could have easily charged us the larger price but chose to be honest. I will be back for this reason plus the great service. Nothing like a dealership personal being honest when no one is watching. Brandon was amazing with my Kia forte radio malfunction. I could tell he was stacked with customers but there wasn’t a time where he wasn’t doing what he needed to do for a customer.
